I have 11 more days to finish my research proposal. I can use all of the prayer I can get as I work to power through this.
In 11 days when I have my life back, I look forward to updating you on the following:
1. Wonderful Saturday night attending a lecture at the University of Cambridge on gender stereotyping & excellent time w/ our friends the Walkers
2. My comprehensive exams are OVER (hopefully for good)
3. Eating at an Italian restaurant that served my favorite "Boulderado" olives
4. Philip standing in as the Commander for a (crazed) week (guess that makes me the Squadron Commander's Wife this week :)
5. Moving (on the 23rd of November!)
6. Bringing my high school cheerleading uniform out of retirement
I just want to cross the finish line, but alas the most difficult piece of my proposal stands between me and that line (my methodology section and everything involving statistics is due on Monday)

We're along the route of the race, handing you cups of water and tipping a few over your head, so that you can finish strong. After all, we certainly want to find out the details of that numbered list you have in today's blog. And no wonder you're tired - you've been the commander's wife!
"...let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us." Heb 12:1 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" Col 3:23
I'll be praying for you. Looking forward to having you in the 'hood!
Nice to hear about your moving date. I know the move will add some to the stress but glad you can be closer to friends while Philip is away. Will you still have a guest room for us to come visit and stay in?
