Oh Little Town of Breckenridge

My last day in CO. . . It has been such a blessing to spend time with Paul, Laura and David in the BEAUTIFUL Rockies. . . Wow. This place is absolutely breathtaking. Philip & I were super lame on NYE and went to bed at 10 pm HOWEVER we had a good excuse: getting up early to ski. So. Much. Fun.
B-ridge is a bit pretentious (seriously where do these people get their money?!?!?!? really simple homes are upwards of $600,000!!!!) but ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and tons of fun.
Skiing in Colorado is nothing like skiing in Minnesota. LET ME TELL YOU!!!!
I've enjoyed a nice day w/ Paul & Laura. We went to their church in Dillon (small world: their pastor used to preach @ Grace in Roseville, MN and the pastor's son goes to Northwestern), and I did my last round of shopping (loading up on baby clothes for all of my prego friends :)
I fly out tomorrow. My trip is DIA to Detroit to Amsterdam to Heathrow. Blah. Last night I was sick in the middle of the night vomiting with a headache, so I hope that is completely out of my system when I spend 24 hours in the *friendly* skies. . .
It's been a tremendous trip to the US. I'm feeling recharged, reset and ready to resume the life routine in England.
